When we got to the "North Pole" Santa was there waiting and waving as we went past. (with flares around him) When we started going back home (train station) Santa was on the train saying Hello to all the kids and handing out bells for the first gift of Christmas. We had a couple seconds to stand with Santa for a photo and then he moved on, but the kids watched him the whole time. We had a lot of fun and are thinking we might do it again.
