they make pinatas out of way too stiff cardboard these days. We could always hit them open when I was a kid--now we always have to rip them open in the end!
I have noticed that too!
maybe the bats aren't heavy enough, I don't know but there was alot of candy, frankly I am sick of candy now! but it won't last for long.
